I am not sure what is happening to my weather pixie but I just stepped outside and at 61 degrees I certainly wouldn't be wearing a short-sleeved cropped at the middle shirt. It is friggin (using a word from my sister) cold out there. I am in a turtleneck and a wool cardigan and am chilly. Okay the sun has gone down but come on weather pixie. My belly button would be frozen if I were wearing your style choices. Do I even need to talk about the 10.4 mph winds?
