Look at my weather girl. What person in their right mind would be out in THAT outfit in the rain and in 61 degree weather? 61 and rainy is downright cold. It is not weather for wearing a short sleeved shirt with the belly showing. Am I right or am I right?

Well Whitney, I wouldn't be caught dead with my belly showing like that, rain or not!!
while i wouldn't show my belly, (i might if i had that figure),i would wear that if it was 61 today. i mean, it's only been below freezing for eons here.
